Cannabiz Africa 2021 Annual Review Advertising Contract

Payment signifies agreement of a legal contract between Cannabiz Africa and the advertiser on the following terms and conditions:

1. Cannabiz Africa undertakes to publish the advertiser’s content in the Cannabiz Africa 2021 Annual Review, an A4 Softcover, full-colour; 160 pages; initial print run of 3 000.
2. The advertiser will have final sign-off on the pages in which their ad was featured before the book goes to print;

4. Should for any reason the book not be published, the advertiser will be refunded in full.
5. The advertiser will bear all legal responsibility for their ads.
6. The publisher has final veto on all submissions.
7. The book will be sold at the four major Cannabis Expo events this year and through conventional retail outlets, such as airport shops and bookstores. It will also be sold through the Cannabiz Africa online platform.
8. Advertisers will not be charged any additional fees if the book goes into a second edition.
