Latest SA Survey: Cannabis Edibles Consumption On the Rise, Rivals That of Bud

Cannabis edibles and fresh THC flower are the most favoured categories of consumption by South Africans according to a recent survey by Statista.

According to a survey by Statista conducted in June 2023 on South African cannabis consumption patterns, CBD and THC edibles and THC flower are the most favoured, all polling nine percent.


CBD flower was most favoured by seven percent of consumers, while CBD prerolls, vapes, topicals and THC pre-rolls all accounted for six percent.


THC vapes came in at five percent, while CBD tinctures and THC topicals were each most favoured by three percent of cannabis consumers.
