One third of all drug treatment admissions in Europe over the past year have been for problems related to cannabis use. Almost all of them were males (is cannabis disorder a guy thing?). In the wake of the Report’s release, authorities fear that increasingly new powerful cannabis products such as HHC (hexahydrocannabinol) are creating a regulatory nightmare and feeding a psychotic frenzy that is having a knock-on effect on public health.
