HELF – 2021 END OF YEAR CANNABIS CLASS REPORT

Child’s name: Helf

Grade:

Performance: Helf has been a problematic child, shirking responsibilities and continually failing to submit homework or attend classes; Helf is meant to keep other kids safe and lead by example, encouraging others to eat properly and live healthily, but it’s apparent that Helf is wilfully ignorant about the nutritional value of food and lives on junk;  when Helf is in class, it is continually distracted and giving false news to other kids which affects their homework – and there are far too many unnecessary disciplinary issues, particularly relating to petty theft from other children.

Recommendation: Helf may move on to the next level provided it attends extra classes on food and nutrition and further therapeutic help as to how to stop stealing.

2021 Departmental Summary

An Unhealthy State of Affairs, Health Mired in Corruption

Responsible for the implementation of the Medicines Control Act and parent to cannabis regulator SAHPRA, the Department of Health has so far made a hash of its cannabis custodianship. The Department has not provided the political leadership that SAHPRA has required, it has failed to engage with traditional healers over cannabis and it’s deputy director general Anaan Pillay misled parliament with the ludicrous claim that cannabis had no nutritional value. Dr Pillay has been suspended pending the outcome of the Digital Vibes criminal investigation, leaving a key gap in the current cannabis regulatory framework.
